- JDJersey DiecastMay 12, 20261.0Always a problem at this location. Workers love to aggressively enforce rules that don’t exist. The bigger white lady is always complaining about scanning more than 3 packages.
- MOMigdalia OrtizApr 16, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this post office. The cashier was wearing earbuds and talking on the phone the entire time I was there. Instead of focusing on customers, she was having a loud personal conversation that everyone in line could clearly hear. When I was sending a package, there were questions that needed to be answered on the electronic pad (yes/no prompts), but she answered everything herself instead of asking me. She handled the entire process without involving me as the customer. At the end, I also noticed there were satisfaction rating faces on the screen, and she selected the happiest face herself without giving me the opportunity to rate my own experience, which I found very inappropriate. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. And again, She was right there in front of you, talking loudly the entire time, not discreet at all, just speaking on the phone right in your face. You person that is talking on the phone while you have customers in front of you, have some manners and some respect for the customers.
