The store was extremely busy and honestly looked pretty overwhelming, but Josh handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a genuine smile. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. What really stood out to me was his attitude. Even with everything going on around him, Josh remained friendly, positive, and willing to help. That kind of customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Josh is a fantastic individual and a great representative of Staples. Employees like him make a real difference in the customer experience. I sincerely hope his management recognizes the outstanding job he is doing because he absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Josh, for making my experience such a positive one!
- EEEmilSep 12, 20261.0I called store and talked to tech support person Gary who answered the phone. I was looking for 2 toner cartridges from Brother. He had told me he would look now he advised me that had both in stock a black and yellow. I went to the store only to have him tell me that they must have sold them. He looked at his device and said yes the black sold this morning I said what about the yellow and there was dead silence because he had no answer. I said you waisted my time and gas to come here and that is your answer nothing. Then he offered me a discount on ordering them only to come back again why don’t they offer you a discount on the gas station.He did not even ask me to put them on the side for me. If this is the service he gives you for inventory I can only imagine what his tech support skills are.
