  Came to print out 500 pages ($200) for my business and Daniel Collazo helped me out and he was great! Advised and helped me sign up to the app and get additional discounts and was overall very knowledgeable and very helpful. Informed me about other services they offer for businesses and I will definitely be back and will be looking for Daniel. Thank you for all your help!

  Love this Staples. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. This year my business has been growing and with it my printing needs. From yard sign, manuals, flyers, certificates, etc every team member has been great every time. Showing me how to save money with the app 😉, printing promptly (even when im the one who should have came sooner), and being knowledgeable improving my ideas. Love the team. This last time Daniel helped me. Was patient when my file was taking forever to send and printing & binding it on the spot. Appreciate you guys

  I'm a small business owner and went to Staples to print 4x6 cards because doing it online wasn't an easy process for what I needed. I was delighted by how Joshua went above & beyond to help me. The associates who help customers with specialty printing were on break. He transparently shared he wasn't sure how to place my order but offered to call his manager (who wasn't working in the store) for assistance. Dan, his manager walked us through the process over the phone. He even ensured that I downloaded the Staples app to take advantage of coupons. Joshua was so patient as he followed his manager's guidance and so nice to me all throughout; it's rare to come across customer service that makes you feel like they truly care about your needs and business. I never leave reviews but am leaving this one because I was genuinely moved by Dan's leadership and Joshua's work ethic. Finally, as a 15yr HR leader (in my business I help other businesses hire, onboard and train employees) I can tell this top-notch customer service is a testament of Staple's general leadership, hiring practices and training. Thank you for finding good people and empowering to create great experiences for your customers. Bravo!
