  I came to print about $150 worth of pages. I tried a total of 3 machines, none of which worked. I tried talking to a couple of associates who seemed bothered that I interrupted their conversation. They did absolutely nothing to help me but suddenly spent lots of time with another customer. They tried to tell me to use the computers to print - without telling me those cost $ per minute on top of whatever I needed to print. After being pretty disgusted I left and went to the nearest FedEx Office shop where surprise- there's no issues at all with my USB and I was happily able to print, with warm and inviting staff who actually helped me.

  I had such an amazing experience thanks to Cesar at the photography center here. He went completely above and beyond to help me figure out a stressful poster situation and made the entire process so much easier. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out perfectly. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort into helping a customer, but Cesar absolutely did!

  I have been using the printing services at the Clifton, NJ location (Store #462) for quite some time now, and the level of customer service has consistently been top notch. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been incredibly helpful, professional, and patient, no matter how big or small my requests have been. I especially want to recognize Daniel Callazo, who has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. Whether there was an issue that needed to be corrected or I simply needed guidance and collaboration on the best way to print a project, Daniel always stepped in with a solution-oriented attitude and genuine willingness to help. His knowledge, responsiveness, and customer care truly stand out. It’s rare these days to find a team that consistently delivers this level of service, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my experiences at this location. Thank you to the entire team at Store #462 for always making the process smooth, stress-free, and successful.

  Truly what an exceptional group of employees !!! Shout out to the Printing team for the fact they are always overly busy and likely underpaid for the amount of work the produce and amount of people they help in 1 hours time. I'd like to say Thank you to Eric for helping me Saturday evening with printing , meanwhile he was working on 2 other projects in the back and additional customer. Also sorry I didn't get her name but thank you to the younger brown skinned woman who helped me last week, she was also there Saturday around 630pm. I recommend this store, mostly the team for their patience

  I came into Staples in Clifton, NJ today with only 10 minutes left before closing after working a long double shift. I needed an ID card printed and laminated, and while two employees told me it would take about 30 minutes and they didn’t have enough time before closing, Jerry stepped in and completely changed my experience. Jerry was the only employee who showed empathy and understanding. Not only did he take care of everything I needed quickly, but he also handled the entire situation with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Jerry, you are the best! Staples in Clifton, NJ truly needs more employees like you. Thank you again for going above and beyond after such a long day for me.
