I want to ship a package from there and they wanted $31. I went to the UPS store and it was only $11. I understand there’s a mark up because they need to make money but that’s a ridiculous mark up. They are also extremely dishonest. I asked the lady why is it $31 she said that’s what UPS charges. UPS does not charge that. They only charge $11 for what I was shipping. You are supposed to be a nice neighborhood business and you’re lying to your customers. That’s disgusting.

I always drive nearby it and never knew that they were a shipping business that deals with UPS and Fed-Ex. I'm glad I now know this place and will no longer deal with the inconvenience of going to my local UPS or Fed-Ex ever again.
