- SSSarahMar 23, 20261.0I walked into this USPS location this morning and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee behind the counter was sitting on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in—no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. When I finally got her attention, she was extremely rude and dismissive, and never once looked up from her phone during the interaction. It felt like helping customers was an inconvenience. If you don’t want to be bothered, maybe customer-facing roles aren’t the best fit. Really disappointing experience.

I had a product I wanted to exchange, and oh my God, the employee treated me so rudely, like she was giving orders. It wasn't nice at all, and then I left there. 😡 I went to the Post Office on Gorge Rd, and the ladies there treated me so nicely. Thank you very, very much to the Gorge Rd Post Office! ❤️❤️
- SMSammiie M.Nov 28, 20144.0Of all the times I came here, I mostly had to drop something off with prepaid postage - but others I had to pay as well, and the old indian man that works the desk usually is very fast, kind, and fair. However, some of the other staff are nasty. Overall, though, this location had everything I ever needed and when I was dropping things off (multiple packages at a time), it was always fast.
