- MLMerz LiakDec 11, 20241.0Unfortunately, most of the negative reviews are perfect examples of my experiences at this location over the last 3 years. I wish I could say it was temporary staff or clerks at issue but it is the actual Post Master who is the problem. This bleeds over to the overall community image as it seems Crosswicks condones and supports this type of behavior. Is this the real image of Crosswicks? #NJ1015 #BurlcoTimes #NjTimes #NJNews

While I don’t know the exact reason behind this, it does prevent waiting time for others and keeps things moving swiftly!
- MLMZ LeRoyJan 19, 20221.0Grumpy Post Master Today I went to the post office to mail two letters and return two packages. I have never shipped packages from this location and I was struggling just to get into the door, so I was unable to read their sign. I get to the window and before I could even speak to the female post office worker, I hear this angry disgruntle man yell from behind the counter…"All PACKAGES NEED TO BE PREPARED OUTSIDE"!!! So the young lady explained to me the rules and I told her that's fine, but your boss didn't have to say it so nasty. I told the lady I had to come into the post office anyways with the packages because I also needed packaging tape. I bought the stamps and the tape and went back out to my truck to tape up my boxes and brought them back in to ship them. I have never had an issue with the lady, she is always pleasant and I appreciate that. But whoever the manager is, if he doesn't like his job maybe he needs to find another one ASAP! I guess no one ever told you it's not what you say, it's how you say it. I was reading other reviews and I am glad it's not just me that noticed this man's unpleasant customer service skills.

I've had three interactions with him, during which he implied that he was lying about the contents of what I was mailing - when I tried to reply he told me if I didn't like it to go to another post office. He also manhandled one of my packages in a way that seemed as if he was intentionally trying to damage it. I haven't been back - luckily I have other p.o. options. Too bad for the residents of Crosswicks who have to go there every day to get their mail.
