- MLMarlon LisingAug 10, 20261.0I have been coming to this post office location for a long time and have never had an issue with the staff until this morning. Unfortunately, there is one particular clerk who is consistently unpleasant, never smiles, and makes every transaction difficult. Today, all I requested was a printed receipt from the counter—a routine task that takes two seconds. Instead of helping, she refused and aggressively told me to use the kiosk if I wanted a receipt.When I expressed my frustration regarding her negative attitude and lack of customer service, she went as far as telling me not to come back and to use a different location. It is incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment from a long-term local branch. While the rest of the team is usually great, her horrible customer service ruins the experience for loyal customers.

There were approximately 30 people in line with only one overworked employee struggling to manage the entire workload. The remaining service counters were completely unmanned. It took me 45 minutes just to send a single package. I have absolutely no complaints against the counter staff; she was exhausted and doing her absolute best under immense pressure, but she had no support. This is a severe failure of leadership, and the management of this branch should be replaced immediately for their negligence.

If you go in and ask to speak to a manager, there's a defensive attitude and you've lost already. Don't call them - they never answer, but if you call the regional office, you'll get a response and you can register a complaint.
