Update your website so you don’t waste peoples time. Make an appointment with passport photo service to renew my son’s passport and arrive ready to go. Once we are about to get started they say unfortunately our picture system is down so we can’t do the renewal unless you have the pic. Obviously I didn’t have a passport pic because I made an appointment that said you did the passport pic in house. So a complete waste of time! Update your website and don’t offer passport pics included with the passport appointment if you know your system doesn’t work. Respect a persons time!

Nice that this location is open until 6p on Friday (unlike many others that close at 5p). That being said, the lady there wasn't too excited at the end of what must have been a long day. At least all the supplies upfront were stocked.

While I generally love this post office and there are a number of courteous, professional, and very nice individuals who work here -thank you!!.. a note of caution to be aware of what is being charged to you. On this particular day, maybe she’d had a rough one, a rather cranky elderly Indian(?) woman snapped at me when I questioned a mistaken charge. Ultimately she realized I was correct but had I not been persistent, that would have been a wasted $6 and in this economy every little bit helps.

There is a woman with braid who is high unprofessional and unkind. I asked for help and she gave excessive attitude and was constantly on her phone. I would either try and see if there’s someone else you can work with because she will not help you. I highly urge the postal office to take action to work with her or possible find someone else who might be more willing to help.

I have lived in Chatham for over 30 years & the employees have continually gone above & beyond for us. When I served on the board of our Church or on one of boards of the PTO of one of our schools and had a bulk mailing they always extended themselves, In the past 15 months both our children were married, we had 3 mailings. Our daughter had 2 large mailings, Jerry told us exactly what to do to expedite these & help make the process quick & easy. Bob & Jerry have answered phone calls & as busy as they are always pleasant as are the women in the front desk. A ready smile no matter how crazy the room seems to be. How lucky are we?
