- MPMaia PetrikAug 31, 20261.0It took me a long time to write this review, but after multiple interactions with the same employee, I feel like I need to say something. I have genuinely left this post office in tears multiple times because of the way I’ve been spoken to. During my wedding season, I’ve had to mail a lot of invitations and thank-you cards, and I admittedly don’t have much experience with postage or mailing things. Whenever I’ve needed help, my interactions with this employee have consistently felt sarcastic, belittling, and unnecessarily rude. Instead of simply explaining what I need to do, I’ve been made to feel embarrassed for asking questions. After about four separate negative interactions, today was finally the point where I felt I needed to leave a review. No customer should leave a post office feeling humiliated or in tears over something as simple as asking for help mailing a letter. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experiences. The customer service I’ve received at the West Berlin Post Office has been unbelievably better, and I’ll be going there instead from now on.

The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on. Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.
