- HTHeather TrentMay 26, 20261.0I was at the post office around 2 PM today and experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The employee working at the counter (Dave) refused to take my packages because a new label had been placed over an old one. I was told I had to turn the bags inside out because they were already taped, was not allowed to use tape there, and was told I could not print a label and needed to go across the street to the library. What made the situation even worse was that he made me flip the entire bag inside out right there in the middle of the floor while trying to manage around 15 different items. It was honestly insane and incredibly embarrassing and inconvenient. I truly mean no disrespect, but I was shocked by how unhelpful the experience was. In all my years using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, I have never been treated this way over something so minor. Watching a customer struggle instead of simply helping resolve the issue felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand policies may exist, but customer service and common courtesy should still matter. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
