  I would like to share a great experience I had at this location. I came in close to closing.I had no idea of their business hours. I needed information about notary. A employee named Glenroy Heron help me and explained all the identification I needed get to my letter notarized. Very nice and helpful. Still rushing around,I didn't realize I left my phone in the store. I went to ShopRite next door and realized I lost my phone. Looked all over the store, couldn't find it. Checked my car, not there. Back tracked my steps, to the UPS store that was now closed. I went praying that someone was in there. And it was Glenroy there holding up my phone. He unlocked the door gave me my phone. I was so relieved. I know he must've thought I was a complete idiot. But I am so grateful for this young man. I was having the worst day,and his customer service, kindness and PATIENCE really made a bad day better instead of worse. Thank you ❤️

  I would give zero if that was an option. They suppose to open at 10am but store is still closed and its 10:16 now.

  This store lost my daughter's passport. They tried to say it was a flat package and must have gotten lost in between the bins. They knew we were mailing a passport and it magically got lost.

  exceptional customer service with getting large format prints done in an emergency. JoJo was beyond helpful
