- A2arctic 219Jul 6, 20261.0Came to drop off a few packages and asked for a receipt. Done this before at many other post offices before, great experiences, friendly workers happy to help. Not at this location. Jatin was super rude, gave me an attitude for no reason. Just do your job buddy and scan my packages.

He rudely said to me the form you have is not the correct one and you also need dad to be here for the appointment. My son looked at me he was surprised the way this way talked to me. I didn’t get his name I did talked to the manager and complained about how rude this employee at the register was to me and to my son. The lady that help us with the passports was very helpful and also Sam who proceeded our paperwork’s to be mailed. I noticed there were cameras hopefully they were on and filming because I felt so humiliated by this employee and talked to my son about that there is people this rude and that I was going to talk to the manager. Dear manager I spoke with you and express my complain, check the cameras and found out how rude and no customer service skills this employee has. It is not fair a customer should be treated in front of his family with such rude treatment. Post office Check your employee behavior this is not acceptable!!!!
