- ILIsabelle LavenderAug 17, 20261.0Never experienced such poor service from USPS. They don’t pick up my scheduled pickups ever. I had to call this location 5x in a row to get an answer to speak with Jamie again about my packages not being picked up after calling about this repetitive issue over 20x(each time I have to call over and over just to get in touch with them). While I was explaining my problem she made a very rude sound and hung up on me and keeps ignoring my calls now. I simply want to be provided with the services I paid for that my business depends on. Unacceptable behavior Jamie.

- AKAdam K.Jul 14, 20261.0Brick USPS refused to deliver a package to a residential address because there was no mailbox. Ok except that it’s a package that won’t fit in a mailbox. Within an hour of noticing the package wasn’t delivered I contacted the Brick post office by phone. They advised they would hold the package at the post office so I could pick it up the following day. All good except when I went to pick up the held package they said it had been returned to sender and the postal worker didn’t hold it. USPS you have one job. Every other delivery service would have delivered the package. Your own policies created the problem. Shipped from Florida back to Florida, pointless. Waste of taxpayer funds. Why any business uses usps to ship is mind boggling.
