- SOsandy oddoSep 18, 20265.0Honestly the staff are very polite and helpful and they always greet you with kindness
- DWdovid weiszSep 16, 20265.0Nice people, Helpful Staff The only issue is this mall has weird rules about signage and you can't find a single store there. (My previous deleted review was meant for a different store in a different city.)
- JDJoshua DzwonekSep 10, 20261.0This place doesn't even want to try and help you!
- MIMayer IAug 27, 20265.0Every time I walk into this UPS Store I’m always impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone is. All the employees are very nice and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Rick! Rick always has a smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’ll hold the door when you’re walking in with big heavy packages, happily scan everything for you, and if the printer isn’t working or there’s a jam, he’s always there ready to help. If you come in with kids, he’ll even offer them a Dum-Dum lollipop, which of course they love. It’s just nice walking into a store and being greeted by someone who is always smiling and actually seems happy to help you. The whole staff is great, but Rick definitely deserves the shoutout. Hopefully someone from UPS reads this and gets the man a raise or promotion! 😂 He deserves it!
