I was trying to have something printed, and i explained exactly what type of paper I had and showed her the paper so there would be no confusion. She still refused to do the printing because she was unsure whether their printer can handle it. I then spoke to the manager, expecting him to at least ty to resolve the situation, but he was absolutely useless and basically told me there was nothing he can do. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. If your printing department is unwilling to assist customers even when they provide the correct information and materials, what is the point of offering the service. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and helpful printing assistance. Carol was unhelpful, the manager offered no solution. i then went to the Toms River store and spoke to someone there who was amazing and had no problem print my order!
