Start delivering the mail to the correct addresses and stop folding and shoving packages into the mailboxes. Do your job and leave them on the porch. You have damaged many packages at numerous addresses with your laziness. If you cannot perform your job properly, find a new occupation!! Get this carrier some more training!!
