The African American lady that works there now clearly hates her job and takes out her frustration on the customers. She is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Every time I go in there, she has something new to complain about. Oftentimes, she is on her Bluetooth talking with friends and doesn't interact with the customer except to yell at them - which is confusing because half the time I can't tell if she is talking to me or the person in her earpiece. She gets annoyed and rolls her eyes at the simplest questions. For example, I asked about international mailing and she told me a price that was astronomical and clearly wrong. I went to another post office and was quoted and paid for international shipping that was like 1/8 of what she had quoted. I dread going in to the post office now. What happened to the nice Asian American lady that used to work there??? Bring her back!

I recently visited USPS to drop off several packages, and I wanted to recognize the excellent service I received from the woman working at the front desk. I am from California and I really needed help sending out some packages to ensure they got to my family. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. I had multiple packages to send out, and she took the time to carefully assist me through the process, making sure everything was labeled correctly and that I understood my shipping options. Even though she was clearly busy, she never seemed rushed or annoyed. Instead, she remained professional, courteous, and attentive, treating me with kindness and respect throughout the entire interaction. What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my packages were handled properly. I believe her name was Sunshine or Sunny. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, provided helpful guidance, and made what could have been a stressful errand feel easy and efficient. It's not every day that you encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and makes customers feel valued. Excellent customer service deserves to be recognized, and this employee truly made a positive impression. USPS is fortunate to have someone so dedicated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused representing them. Thank you for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate your help and professionalism. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was just at this post office and placed several envelopes in the designated mail slot, exactly where customers are instructed to deposit them. After I had already returned to my car, an employee came outside and began insulting me in front of other customers. Her behavior was extremely rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. Just because I dropped the stamped letters where I was supposed to go, in the slot mailbox but it was inconvenient for her as it gave her work to do…Unbelievable… Her complaint was that she now had to bend down to retrieve the envelopes from the slot. I found that response unbelievable, especially considering I was using the mail slot for its intended purpose. The lack of customer service and the way customers are treated at this location is unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to or embarrassed in public for following normal procedures. If this is how employees interact with the public, it raises serious concerns about the culture and professionalism at this facility. I intend to report this incident to the Postmaster and, if necessary, to higher levels within the Postal Service. Employees who repeatedly mistreat customers should be held accountable. The employee identified herself as Sunshine, but unfortunately there was nothing sunny about the way she treated the customers on a daily basis. Today she messed with the wrong one…because I will report her to the General Postal office of Inspectors that deal with misconduct of their employees…Please keep reporting her, do not allow this any longer to keep happening, she’s mistreating all customers…disgusting!

Hours are horrible. Might as well not even be open at all.
