- AWAvern Williams2 days ago5.0Okay, so the outgoing mail slot for my entire development has been unusable (mysteriously blocked with a metal plate). When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue, Jack appeared. He didn't just take my issue seriously. He _personally_ went to investigate and got back to me the SAME day with explanation & resolution. Folks, service does not get any better than this. Thanks to everyone at this post office; what an amazing job they do!

- HHHiApr 8, 20261.0absolutely terrible. tracking is extremely unreliable when it’s marked as out for delivery. currently my package was marked out for delivery at 6am, and it is now almost 5pm and no package. I don’t even think I saw any delivery trucks hit my area at all. The post office is closed meaning I can’t even call to inquire about this, and there’s no option to leave a voicemail or a message. Disgustingly unprofessional and I’m scared they lost my package. This has happened previously. What a stupid post office and whoever was in charge of my package who missed my route needs to be fired, this is disgusting
