  I had a 230PM appointment to have a document notarized. When I arrived I had to wait for almost 5 minutes as the employee was in the back playing with their child . When the employee eventually helped me, he told me that the website makes incorrect appointments and that I could not get the document notarized. He did not offer to reschedule the appointment and simply told me to come back. It will be the last time I give this UPS store my money.

  Well I’ll tell you what, this UPS in Bordentown done handled my business better than I expected. I come in there with not one, but several packages of horse manure, all needing to go clear over to Ethiopia. Young fella at the counter didn’t even blink much, just said “alright then” and got to work. Helped me wrap it up real tight and proper. Said we don’t want no “incidents” in transit, which I agreed with strongly. Took his time but also somehow went fast, which I don’t fully understand but I respect it. Whole place smelled normal the entire time, which frankly is a miracle in itself. Everything shipped off smooth as can be. Thank you to the young man out there counter for his assistance in this important manner.

  Does not accept Amazon returns even though Amazon says any UPS store will accept them.

  Had a slip to drop off a package at a UPS was told I needed to go to another UPS. I think it’s kind of odd that we select what we deliver when it’s already paid for.
