- KNKamil NowakAug 5, 20261.0I sent out a package with very important documents by certified mail and instead of arriving on time it disappeared for over a month. I went back to this Post Office after the package failed to arrive and was told that I would have to wait until it arrives to get a refund. I went back after it had arrived and was told by a supervisor that they were unable to process my refund because it had been 30 days since I mailed it out. Told me to call Consumer Affairs and deal with them. Ridiculous! Better off using UPS or FedEx instead of these liars and thieves!!
