- MVMarlys ValdovinosJun 11, 20261.0Very disappointed, Astrid attendant did not greeted me upon entering, immediately gave me a bad attitude, I ask if I can return a shipping box I purchase but did not use and she said No, who told you that. I was like excuse me, I was told I could return it, she said no you can't. Then I ask if I needed a label for the box and she responded, I am busy let me finish what Im doing, I was shocked, she was clearly argumental and looking to be rude . I told her to please be kind to her customer and she said whatever. Again I was in disbelief, she said she was in charge and did not care that she was rude to me at all.
