- JPJennifer PelletierJul 6, 20261.0Very disappointed with this post office, second time that I’ve been to this post office and they stole money out of a gift card for a child. Ridiculous. I’ll never use this post office again.
- SSShanenApr 17, 20253.0Got what I needed and little to no wait on a Thursday morning, but the customer service is less than desirable. The man with a beard who helped me was smacking his gum loudly- definitely doesn’t seem like part of the customer service protocol. He also asked me questions in a brisk and rude manner. Not helpful at all when I asked for some stamps. I don’t buy stamps frequently. There are definitely questions I am unsure of. I most certainly didn’t know the answer to his questions since he didn’t provide examples. Didn’t even let me get some time to think about my options. I felt pressured to finish and leave even though I was the only customer there. I only came to the physical store because I needed stamps asap, but that was obviously a mistake. Next time I’ll buy online. Once again, quick service, but USPS definitely needs to have some customer service trainings to their staff. How are these people even hired? Like who recruits them? Terrible.
