  my package was rooted through, and 3 items were missing, however, UPS in Blackwood reached out to me after I emailed them and they are making it good. that is good customer service. thank you.

  Blackwood UPS is my favorite. The family that runs this place are not only friendly they're so helpful. My son got items notarized and overnighted for his student visa and the owner was extremely helpful in this process. I do a lot of returns because I online shop a lot and they're always fast helpful and friendly.

  I gave this business multiple chances because I wanted to believe my first experience was an exception. Unfortunately, after several visits, I came away with the same impression each time. In my experience, one staff member, Samii, consistently made me feel unwelcome. During multiple visits, I observed her looking at me with expressions that I interpreted as judgmental, and on more than one occasion I saw her laughing while looking in my direction. I can’t know what she was thinking, but it made me feel embarrassed, uncomfortable, and reluctant to interact with her. A customer should never leave a business feeling self-conscious or judged. I came to receive a service, not to feel like I was being evaluated or made uncomfortable. Because this happened repeatedly, I no longer felt comfortable returning. I hope this business takes customer feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and welcoming environment where every customer feels treated with professionalism and courtesy.
