  Marcelo and his team are fantastic! We have never had an issue with deliveries for our business PO Boxes. His customer service is excellent and always knows what Mail to pull when I walk in the door!

  Staff here is amazing. They’re so helpful and knowledgeable- doesn’t matter what you’re doing there or what you need done - they got it. I go for all my printing needs as well as shipping and Amazon returns.

  I LOVE this UPS store! I use them for sending faxes, shipping boxes and buying supplies. The owners - David and Christine - always welcome customers with a smile. When I want to know all my shipping options, they patiently provide quotes for the various choices. I have observed them adding some tape to secure my packages, and they gladly provide receipts for all those prepaid Amazon returns. Recently, David went above and beyond the call of duty when he tracked a package that was critical to me to be delivered next day. When he noticed a potential delivery delay, he took it upon himself to contact UPS at the destination to rectify the situation. And then he called me to let me know it had been delivered! I was blown away by this level of customer service, which is so rare these days. I go out of my way to use this location - the parking is plentiful and the service is impeccable!
