The staff at this location mixed the labels and sent my packages to the wrong addresses. I could tell he was nervous when he was handling my packages—maybe he was new. I specifically told him which label go with which box, but somehow he still mixed it. My Amazon return went to Verizon, my Verizon return went to Amazon. I’m losing money because of this. The manager was there and helped him but somehow still missed it. It’s very upsetting.

Today I was dropping off some boxes and didn’t have time to stop at my office to tape a box, 1 small box. The lady said I could by a roll of tape or she’ll charge me $2 for her tape it. I said ok and handed her my American Express. Blows my mind people’s approach to customer service.
