- NANicole A5 days ago1.0This store is absolutely useless in every way possible. Its extremely expensive and offers no permanent teachers discount ( ya know, the people that would buy the supplies). They offer 20% off on their clunky app, through early September. Thanks. Their back to school " sales" offer items like 14.00 packs of pens! What a deal. I only go there to return Amazon items. There is typically a promised discount on the printed return receipt. I asked for it today. The dull eyed, monotone employee told me that they " don't print receipts anymore, they are emailed". OH they don't print things at the store that advertises that they print EVERYTHING???. Also, " emailing" is obvious b.s., corporate should come up with a better excuse. Even getting OUT of this store is a pain in the neck, you have to navigate the labyrinth of closed registers, boxes and junk to reach the exit. I hope someone with a mobility impairment sues them ASAP. This store and parking lot are a waste of space . Time to turn it into something useful.

Richard is a wonderful associate and is always so patient and helpful whenever I need assistance in the print section. He consistently goes out of his way to make sure I get exactly what I need. The manager, Everson, is also incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. You can tell that great customer service is a priority here because the entire store runs efficiently and everyone is willing to assist. It’s always a pleasant experience coming to this location. Thank you to Richard, Everson, and the entire team for consistently providing such excellent service!
