They are disorganized—they close the passport counter even when you have an appointment, without checking if anyone is there specifically for a passport. They should have two separate lines: one for shipping services and one for passports. I don't understand why they treat people so badly.👎

The people who work here move extremely slow they are not welcoming and will disappear from the desk for several minutes. It’s honestly a shame that they usually only have one person working given the amount of people who wait on line at a given time.

Don’t come unless you expect to spend 1-2 hours to send anything. I had an employee not explain express shipping to me since I had never done it before and when I didn’t fill it out correctly, she got mad at me and send me to the back of the line saying I was wasting her time after I had already waited an hour to be attended. This place is disorganized, unbelievably unprofessional.

They indian gentlemen behind the counter says he still has the package. Im like how? So it was delivered to you 10 and then 10:01 it was marked at business close, every business in the complex opens at 8 a.m. ya'll need to so better and stop being lazy and actually help someone and pay attention. The package never left the facility.
