- JTJohn TalbaneAug 19, 20261.0I dropped off an expensive package at this location on Tuesday, July 28th at approximately 6:00 PM. The female employee working the counter at that time refused to scan the item, claiming it would not fit into their package bin, and told me to simply take a picture of the tracking number. When I asked how I could track the shipment without a physical receipt, she dismissed my concern and assured me it would be scanned eventually. It has now been 3 FULL WEEKS. The tracking status remains completely frozen on "USPS awaiting pickup of item," meaning it never received an initial acceptance scan. I have filed an official Missing Mail Search request, but the package is nowhere to be found. Leaving an expensive item without a receipt was a massive mistake that I will never repeat. I will be avoiding USPS entirely moving forward. If you must use this location, NEVER leave your package without getting an official acceptance scan and a printed receipt.

They are disorganized—they close the passport counter even when you have an appointment, without checking if anyone is there specifically for a passport. They should have two separate lines: one for shipping services and one for passports. I don't understand why they treat people so badly.👎

The people who work here move extremely slow they are not welcoming and will disappear from the desk for several minutes. It’s honestly a shame that they usually only have one person working given the amount of people who wait on line at a given time.

Don’t come unless you expect to spend 1-2 hours to send anything. I had an employee not explain express shipping to me since I had never done it before and when I didn’t fill it out correctly, she got mad at me and send me to the back of the line saying I was wasting her time after I had already waited an hour to be attended. This place is disorganized, unbelievably unprofessional.
