- BBBrzeApr 20, 20261.0Poor Customer Service. Rude employee. What I witnessed.. Customer came in with multiple boxes. Employee demanded they process them prior to arrival in a certain way. Going to far as to say the company was noted for the future. They did process the boxes. Customer comes to pick up a package and hands them their driver's license. Employee requests the notice slip and hints that they can't retrieve the package without it. Customer indicated they were told they could with the tracking number. Employee commands the customer to read the tracking number to them. Then also requires them to confirm their address and name.. while having their driver's license in hand. What happened to me.. Asked for confirmation a form was filled out correctly. Employee told me its my personal information and they wouldn't know and didnt even glance at it. Yes, my personal information was filled out, but did i miss anything? I for a fact know I did. Left the form incomplete. Demanding customers to do something a certain way for the employees convenience and belittling a concern is just not acceptable. Yes, it was late. Yes, it was busy. But that is not an excuse. Both customers left visually disatified. As did I. Do better.

- AOAnn OommenJul 10, 20241.0We recently moved to Basking ridge and had ordered something after moving.my package was in transit of Basking ridge for 2 days and these people simply send back my package to sender saying my address information was vacant.what nonsence and negligence from a government owned company.i contacted the sender and they confirmed all My address details are fine.i tried to contact USPs Cust.service.very poor.no one is picking call and tried to email.keeps on saying my address is incorrect!insane!my time had gone and money too.USPS offer the customers a very very bad service.authority must address this issue
