- RRRen2 days ago2.0when you go into this post office and you see either of the ladies it’s a good trip!! however the balding employee always gives an issue with me or my family members.. said you can’t black out barcodes on boxes… but there’s a sign on the wall right next to him saying you can lol.. never had an issue with that at any other post office and he has taken blacked out barcodes from me before… he also just has a very smart mouth. very saddening you’re unhappy and need to feel superior by saying no. power trip ego!!! </3
- BKBill KleinSep 8, 20263.0The Post Office, carriers and postal system need to be rated differently. The carrier I have is exceptional, always friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. Easily 5 stars!! Local post office workers will try to assist but typically cannot really help with delayed or lost mail or packages. # stars for them. The system of actually moving mail is broken. No Stars! First class mail is taking forever to arrive at its destination. Their website is a train wreck, trying to find a place to email about delayed mail is hidden in a mess of FAQ. There is no direct way to contact either the local post office or any post office where tracking shows is is sitting for days. They also removed the option of tracking lost mail from Informed delivery. Time to re-structure the postal system to be more customer focused.

- RPRobert PitcherJul 6, 20261.0BEWARE SHIPPING FROM THIS POST OFFICE: I’m 99% sure the guy with the black hair and glasses is stealing packages. I have never had any issues with over 1,000 packages I shipped until I went to this post office and all the sudden I have 5 missing packages in a weeks time that only show initial scan. He asked if I was shipping pokemon and I told him I was and all the sudden the packages go missing. I went in there to find out what’s going on and he just told me that my buyers have to wait and it will turn up eventually and there’s absolutely nothing he can do. He can’t even look around to see if they were there. Horrible customer service experience and I’m 100% positive this dude stole them.
