- RPRobert PitcherJul 6, 20261.0BEWARE SHIPPING FROM THIS POST OFFICE: I’m 99% sure the guy with the black hair and glasses is stealing packages. I have never had any issues with over 1,000 packages I shipped until I went to this post office and all the sudden I have 5 missing packages in a weeks time that only show initial scan. He asked if I was shipping pokemon and I told him I was and all the sudden the packages go missing. I went in there to find out what’s going on and he just told me that my buyers have to wait and it will turn up eventually and there’s absolutely nothing he can do. He can’t even look around to see if they were there. Horrible customer service experience and I’m 100% positive this dude stole them.

Instead of assisting customers, he makes simple tasks unnecessarily complicated. He made me drive back home just to get a piece of tape so I could attach a shipping label to my package and the tape is right on his desk . The entire experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unprofessional. Customer service should be about helping people, not creating obstacles for them. Obviously the municipal and government employees don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
