Steve helped me carry in 2 heavy boxes I had to ship to Texas. As a senior citizen I appreciate the help Steve gave me. I recommend this location.

My experience at this location involved much more than an overcharge. My items were damaged, and the employee assisting me was rude and dismissive. I visited this location twice this week. I arrived prepared with my packages sealed and ready, but the representative behind the register remained on what appeared to be a personal phone call throughout much of my interaction. I was made to feel as though I was interrupting his call simply by asking for assistance. Even as additional customers formed a line, he continued the phone conversation while simultaneously handling my transaction. Because his attention remained focused on the call, my questions regarding my packages were not properly answered. When I attempted to get clarification, his attitude became dismissive and rude. This lack of attention and professionalism contributed to an already frustrating experience involving damaged items and an overcharge. Customers should be able to expect that an employee handling their packages and payment will give the transaction their full attention and respond respectfully to reasonable questions.
