- RPRafaelina Peralta2 days ago1.0Our experience getting our children's passports was extremely disappointing. We arrived on time for our appointment, but Anthony was still assisting previous customers and spent part of our appointment time arguing with them. When it was finally our turn, he immediately claimed we were late, even though he admitted he had seen us arrive on time. He refused to acknowledge that the delay was caused by him. Anthony “passport agent”was rude, disrespectful, and raised his voice to us for no reason. Throughout the interaction, we remained polite and respectful, but Anthony continued to behave unprofessionally. We asked to speak with the manager, but instead of resolving the issue, we were met with excuses. In the end, Anthony refused to help us, and we had no choice but to leave without being seen, despite arriving on time for our scheduled appointment. Someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service, especially in a position that serves families and handles important documents. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

I ended up forgetting a document and the First Gentleman I encountered (didn’t get a chance to get his name) reassured me that everything would be okay and allowed me to go home and come back. Ron helped us when we got back, he was patient and kind especially with my inquisitive 6 year old who asked him tons of questions. Thank you for being kind to us in what could have been a very stressful day.
- NBNet BakisSep 2, 20194.0Nice and friendly people here! The only complaint I have is there is no easy access to the PO Boxes located in the main entrance. You can close the customer desk at 5 pm but keep the main entrance open until 7 pm maybe or 8!
