- SMSean M2 days ago1.0Carrier refused to deliver my package saying it my mailbox wasn’t accessible. I have a normal open porch with the mailboxes mounted on the house that anybody can come up and put items on.

From the moment I spoke with him, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me. He immediately started looking into the issue, kept me informed, and was able to locate and recover my mail the same day. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help made all the difference. I am incredibly grateful for his assistance and hope USPS recognizes the value of employees like Mr. Patel.
