- IJIda JeltovaMar 10, 20265.0I had a very positive experience today. I ran 10 min before closing time. I had some papers I needed to urgently mail by express mail. Matt was very helpful an efficient. The packages will be delivered in time.
- VVVApr 25, 20231.0I have a very high concern of quality at this place, tried to get my passport expedited and was offered no information and was told I was wrong when I pointed out something on THEIR website, as if I am making up something I saw on there. Processes and correct procedures are out the window at this place, plain simple go elsewhere.

- PLPaulette LaurenziDec 28, 20191.0I don’t recommend Allendale post office for passport services. Their passport hours are til 11am on Saturday as per the sheet they handed my husband yesterday. So we showed up at 10:45am today. When the man attended to me at 10:49am he turned my one child away! I told him the sheet said 11am but he didn’t care. He said it would take over 15 min to process hence it was too late. I said the sheet that we got yesterday said 11am with no other information. He pulled out his sheet from under his desk pointing to a different “please be advised” sheet. I asked nicely to take my son but he wouldn’t. Very poor customer service. So we are now at Waldwick public library where everyone is pleasant, smiling, helpful and accommodating. So I recommend Waldwick public library for passport services. This is actually where we went 5 years ago for our child and it was pleasant. Not sure why we even thought of deviating.
