- WWWilliam Wigand1 day ago1.0They sent a package I was expecting back to the sender. No reason why and I filed a complaint. Shortly after the complaint my package was delivered with a note on my mailbox "I didnt think anyone lived here." This is ridiculous because you'd think a mailman would notice someone has been collecting the mail. Shortly after that another note suddenly my mailbox is no longer waterproof. (Its been in the exact same condition since I moved in years ago) no more info than that on the paper. Start noticing im not seeing any mail. Then I get a notification about a package I ordered saying "ready for pick up at customers request". I did not request that. I call, im told that they've been holding my mail until I fix my mailbox (which i was not informed about). I get home that night to a note on my door from my electric company asking for contact info because my bill was returned to them. I take time out of work. I head over in the morning. I find out they have none of my mail, which I was told was supposed to be held there. It was all return to sender. Im now wondering if thwre were any birthday gifts or cards sent to me that they decided to return ti sender. This is some spiteful and petty behavior. I make a complaint and suddenly my mailbox is no longer up to standard (same condition its been in for years), 3 different reasons/excuses why, and they mess with my mail. This is going up the ladder as far as I can take it.
- LLLeahJun 26, 20261.0The older blond clerk lady who works at the window is very rude and unprofessional. Don’t even dare to ask a simple, innocent question because she will become aggressive quickly if you try to stick up for yourself. Her attitude is terrible. They also returned my package after nine days. I’m sorry, but some people work M-F during the post office’s open hours and can’t always get to the post office on the weekends. Start hiring people with better customer service skills or train your staff better!
