- EEEmilyFeb 11, 20261.0I swear they actively try to avoid you getting your package. My mail is often delivered to other people and theirs to me. Packages don’t get delivered for reasons unknown and when I go to pick them up at the post office they give me a hard time. And when they inevitably find my package they try and say they can’t give it to me for one reason or another. Every time I go in someone in is front of me telling them an issue and they always say they can’t do anything about it. There seems to be multilevel issues here.

A package was partially shoved into our mailbox and left exposed to the elements with the door hanging open. I avoid leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. I'm confused why the package was not left on our porch instead. Besides this last instance, there have been frequent delays in getting my packages because they were delivered to another address in error. We also get other people's mail so often that I've formed a habit of double-checking every envelope to ensure it is ours. I'm hoping that management will see this rating and make improvements. I'll gladly update to five stars if things change soon.

They'll always use an excuse "mailbox was full" They just don't want to come up the hill!! The normal mail lady is great! Any other mail person does NOT deliver any size package and I have a HUGE mailbox which is NEVER full. Lazy!!!
- LCLaura CarbonneauJan 24, 20181.0This place NEVER has it together. They asked us to set up a mailbox for our house and we did. They then proceed to not deliver packages to us because our mailbox is too small...and refuse to drop the packages off at the house. They say they will hold our packages at the post office. When we go to get the packages, they "don't know where they are." Meaning they aren't tracking packages properly or never took them off the truck. And when we go to ask what to do, they are rude and don't offer any helpful solutions. This isn't a one time occurrence. This has been happening for YEARS. They really have poor customer service and don't do the job they need to do!
