- CLCara LeaMar 12, 20222.0Staff is polite but they CONSISTENTLY deliver packages to the wrong address, no matter how many times we tell them to make a note that our mailbox is across the street from our house, WHERE THEY TOLD US TO PUT IT. This level of incompetency is UNACCEPTABLE, especially considering our across the street neighbor is an airbnb and we don't know who's there at any given time!
