  I’m disappointed in Staples with their promotions and credits for ink cartridge returns. Why can’t they issue an immediate cash back or credit? I don’t want to make multiple trips to your store and the cost of ink cartridges is too much already.

  Printed my manuscript exactly as I needed it to be done. Website was easy to use. Word to the wise : if you use special fonts, create a PDF. Don't upload Microsoft Word. That way it comes out just the way you want it.

  I had to print a bunch of structural plans etc. for building permits and had already struck out with another location, because they were out of bond paper. I know that many locations do a bad job of tracking their bond paper inventory, anticipating when they will need more, and proactively ordering before they run out. That is not the case with Johnny, the manager of the Lebanon location! Johnny got everything printed for me, answered all of my questions, gave me local recommendations for while I waited (it was a big print job), and was patient enough to engage in conversation while I waited. He clearly takes pride in doing a good job and managing the store well, is good at what he does, and is just a really nice and friendly guy. I live quite far away, so unfortunately can't always go to this location for my printing needs, but if I was closer I would definitely drive a little further to work with the folks at this location, even if there was a closer option.

  Well, I went to Staples for an Amazon return so i thought I’d save a trip and complete an additional return at Staples as well. DON’T! Staples will not print a label for you even though the directions for the UPS return (which staples offers) stated a label or package were not required. I had to go to UPS anyway (where I could have sent the first package too). It would have been easier to just go to UPS. And the fellow at Staples working the UPS counter was GROUCHY! Just FYI!

  I did a Google search for SD cards and compact flash cards. It showed Staples as one of the places so I drove there. The store is big. There's lots of stuff and there are very few people working there. So I did find SD cards and they were on the high end and when I say on the high end huge storage capacity Way beyond what I needed. I was looking to get 64 GB cards even 32 GB when it worked and I don't know it was 512 GB and and budget buster from me. What I should have done was see if I can order and then pick up in store and that would have let me known if they had one of the size that I wanted in stock. Particularly I did same-day pickup. Oh well, next time I'll know better.
