- APAB PAug 6, 20261.0If I can give this place zero I would. Worst post office in America tried to pick up simple mail for my father who is ill. Instead, they keep on making excuses saying their policies are unable to hand the mail, even though you’re related to that person. Do yourself a favor and pick a better Postal Service because these people have no clue what they’re doing.

- SSSheilaApr 6, 20261.0HORRIBLE! I put a mail hold for 2 weeks while on vacation. There was a substitute named Josh who was supposed to deliver the held mail on Saturday. He lied about where he put it as it was not in my mailbox...I happened to be standing in the window when he came that day and he certainly did not bring it to my house. I spoke to the postmaster in person and she called the substitute and seemed to not believe that I actually saw him come to my house that day. I will be escalating this since nobody wants to own up to the mistake and my mail is still missing.
