I was sending a package to my young daughter during an incredibly emotional and difficult custody situation, and what could have been just another transaction was treated with genuine compassion, care, and humanity. She could clearly see how important this package was to me, and instead of rushing me through like just another customer, she went above and beyond to help. She was patient, thoughtful, reassuring, and truly emotionally invested in making sure everything was handled correctly and safely. Her kindness during a moment that meant the world to me is something I will never forget. In a world where people are often too busy to care, this employee reminded me how powerful simple empathy can be. She treated me like a human being instead of a number in line, and that mattered more than she probably realizes. Thank you for your heart, your professionalism, and your kindness. People like you make difficult days a little easier to survive.

They make sure I’m in and out in a timely manner and even let me leave my boxes on the counter and leave if there’s a line so I’m not there too long. They always treat my mail with priority and care. I often have conversations with a particular woman here who has helped connect me with other small businesses in the area. I actually look forward to coming to the post office and saying hello. Our mailman, George, is also extremely kind. He is always happy to say hello to us and pet our dog when he sees us out on a walk.
