- GHGeorge HoldenMay 4, 20265.0Second time coming in to get a passport was a much better experience. The man helping me asked if I had used FEDEX to prep, which I had. He informed me that the services I paid for basically amounted to a scam and explained how to get assistance with it. He explained all of the process and dates for the passport quickly and clearly. Total thing took about 5 minutes. I recommend making an appointment as it is pretty busy in there.
- AWAlisha W.Mar 13, 20265.0I wanted to take a moment out of my day to write about the experience I had today at the Salem, New Hampshire Post Office- late morning it became extremely busy and there were only two attendants working- Tom & Mae- they both did an amazing job handling the line with everybody’s different needs. Shout out to Tom for completing the passport line today- they are expected to give us the public applications and the information we need- Tom went above and beyond trying to find a way to print another individual a passport application- quickly- while handling my passport appointment and maintaining flow of a busy area. Tom and Mae today were great and did the best they could with the limited supplies they have. Smooth passport application / photo services experience- thank you again Tom!

I arrived 5 minutes before closing and the staff was ready to shove me out the door so they can end their day. I asked for bubble wrap and they already said they “closed everything for the night” and wouldn’t reopen it so I could send my important package. Then they proceeded to flip my valuable package around without letting me wrap it in the bubble wrap I wanted. I grabbed my things and left. Taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional!!!
