- MKmarta kelley1 day ago1.0If I could give them zero stars I would. I came yesterday and asked the person at the print center if they could print a print three times. I needed one of those three laminated. Only one. They told me to come back today, which I just did. It was a different person that handed me my order. When I checked the envelope I saw that they had laminated all three. Apparently the guy from the night before didn't enter my order correctly and charged me to laminate all three. I didn't even ask for my money back. All I asked is if they could make it right and I would even pay again. The person not only did not fix my order but did not allow me to place a new order because they were apparently overwhelmed with other orders. Frustrated doesn't even cover how I feel right now. We are all human and can make mistakes, but how you handle the mistakes is what makes the difference. Will not be coming back to this location. This is not how you treat customers or handle mistakes.

- TTTina TranSep 3, 20261.0Don’t go here if your goal is to print something. I normally go to my local library, but Staples was closer, so I figured I’d try printing here instead. I only needed to print a single page, but needed to wait quite a bit just to use a printer because 2 out of the 4 printers weren’t working. When I finally got a printer, it printed my page sideways, even though the document I uploaded was oriented correctly. I checked the print settings, but there was no option to change the orientation. I tried getting help from the employees, but one was stuck on the phone and the other employee was nowhere to be found. I just ended up leaving after waiting around and not being able to get any assistance.
