The giy there already was missing a 2000 dollar package which he was told wasnt there twice, did end up getting it finally(it was there). lady i dealt with had the worst, miserable attitude. Nobody is making you work here. if u dont like dealing with people, find a different job.

Just because you can jam it from your side doesnt mean we can get it out (especially when there is a metal frame along the top). I had to stab a box with a knife just to get the contents out and then shred the box just to get it out. Ridiculous.
- LBLauren BaylorJul 1, 20261.0Constantly mis-deliver my mail to the wrong address and then are impossible to reach to figure out where my items are. I have lived at my address for going on three years and have signs in the mailbox stating if my last name isn't on the mail that they don't live there and STILL after three years get mail for at least 5 different people. They never answer the phone and you cannot leave a voicemail, it just flips to a busy signal after ringing forever. This has caused numerous mis-delivered packages but in the wrong mailboxes to be stolen because I can't get through to have them come back and fix it before that person checks their mail, and then I have to argue with the place I ordered from about how I know it SAYS it was delivered to my mailbox but it wasn't - this has cost me money several times, upwards of $400 so far. I have NEVER had even a fraction of the mail issues that I have here in any other city I have lived in.

I have never been so poorly treated and all of my years. I had an early appointment and because the system was down, I had to return two hours later to only get caught in her line. She needs to be spoken to about customer service. Go elsewhere!!
