  I wanted to like this place. I've literally never left a bad review for anything. But Jon just yelled at me and hung up on me. He printed my photos the wrong size and then completely refused to take any accountability for it. I was hanging them in a gallery show in Boston over the weekend, and didn't realize until Saturday that the prints were the wrong size. They wouldn't fit into the frames. I had to cut them down myself, which was very stressful given the circumstances. I called today to see if we could work something out, given that the prints were very expensive. He just couldn't understand that he had printed them the wrong size, even though I had asked for that size paper very specifically. I had to continue explaining myself to him, and things continued to escalate until he said there would be no reprint, no refund, and the conversation was over. Incredibly unprofessional.

  I am extremely pleased with the friendly service of Jon and Sue. They were very helpful with making sure my framed picture would be done by the time I was ready to travel home.

  If you need your own photos on canvas or another medium, these guys are the best on the seacoast. Also, they are amazing at restoring old photos or images!

  We have had two large photographs printed, matted and framed and they both came out incredible. High quality work, expert advice and super friendly service with competitive prices to boot!
