He definitely did not have to, and was very helpful in getting items printed fast when I needed them Often times you’ll find management give attitude to the public, but not Austin. He was very understanding and helpful and above and beyond. Thanks!

Ignored that request and just gave me the bean bag and box for me to do it. The manager wasn't helpful at all and her comments were rude. I will call the main line because I know the manager will reply to this.

The laptop was available because an employee from Londonderry had called and let them know that I would be coming there the next day to buy it. I drove 30 minutes to the store, only for an employee to tell me that I should have come in the morning. SOME PEOPLE have to WORK ! They said they were busy at that moment and couldn’t complete the sale. They didn’t ask me if I could wait my turn—absolutely nothing. All I heard was, “Come back tomorrow.” Please update your business hours, since your employees cannot assist customers until the time listed. Unbelievable!

You should probably get a new job somewhere where you can not work with the general public if you dislike customer service so bad. It's not hard to be a good person especially when it's your job to do so. I go in with a smile and walk out annoyed/angry. I'm just going to stop shopping here and using their services all together.
