  I went there to drop off a work computer to be shipped back to the company. First thing said to me was before I even was able to put the package down and say hello "ugh if I could say no I would" by the blonde lady. I laughed lightly thinking it was just a dumb joke, and I could see they had a bunch of packages they were working on, however I was just met with a continued sigh and glare. The other employee was sitting on the floor right in front of the register, which didn't bother me at first because they were obviously working on something. But after like a minute she didn't stand up to help me and the rude woman didn't even walk over to help me. Eventually the younger girl stood up and assisted me, with the least amount of emotion I have ever seen, which normally I wouldn't have thought twice but the other woman was so rude it just made it worse. I continued to be nice despite being treated so poorly because I was afraid if I gave any sort of annoyance they would like sabotage my package or something. It was wild. I've worked retail, I've had terrible days, I wasn't expecting them to be my best friend. But the blonde woman was so unnecessarily awful I had to come leave a review. And she was rude before I even said or did anything. It's not like I came in screaming for a manager or something. Idk. It was truly bizarre.

  I want to sincerely thank Emma at UPS for her excellent customer service. I went in today because one of my packages was lost. After contacting another UPS location without much help, Emma went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to look into the issue, tried to contact the driver, and genuinely did everything she could to help. I really appreciate her kindness and dedication. Losing a package has been very stressful, and her support made a big difference. Thank you, Emma, for providing such outstanding service!

  I had to get some flyers printed last minute and took it over to this store. The employees were extremely helpful and the manager came over to ask if it was possible for me to email him the original so that they would come out cleaner. I paid for the printing then went back home and emailed him the original. It was done and folded for me. But the nicest part was when he told me that the girl incorrectly charged me less than the amount should have been - however, he was going to honor the amount she charged me. I was surprised and pleased of course! They were busy but efficient in dealing with the customers so that there wasn’t a long wait.
