- EGEd Garrison1 day ago1.0When I received a USPS notification my package had arrived and was “ready for pickup” I stopped over after work. No slip in my P.O. Box but asked the counter help just to be safe. I was met with sarcasm and condescension and fake smiles. Basically insulting me with USPS doesn’t say my pkg is ready for pickup and if there isn’t a slip in my box then I don’t have a package. This is not the second time I’ve had extremely bad customer service both in the last year. 3 years ago this place had the best staff ever and honestly I think it’s time to just get a box at UPS. Don’t waste your money here.
