Claim to make delivery attempts but never happened . Camera proving they never even came close to my mail box . Why lie something needs to be done

They will lie so they dont have to drive down a driveway to deliver packages and this happens frequently. The post office needs a complete overhaul with remedial training. Do better....

- EGEd GarrisonJul 9, 20261.0When I received a USPS notification my package had arrived and was “ready for pickup” I stopped over after work. No slip in my P.O. Box but asked the counter help just to be safe. I was met with sarcasm and condescension and fake smiles. Basically insulting me with USPS doesn’t say my pkg is ready for pickup and if there isn’t a slip in my box then I don’t have a package. This is not the second time I’ve had extremely bad customer service both in the last year. 3 years ago this place had the best staff ever and honestly I think it’s time to just get a box at UPS. Don’t waste your money here.
