  How Sam has a job after reading these reviews is insane. I went to ship packages recently and I had no return address on them. Instead of saying he can't ship them or asking me to put on my return address, he threw his hands up in the air and slammed them on the counter and said "I'M NOT GOING TO SHIP THIS. GO FIX IT!" and took the next person. I tried explaining that it's never been an issue in the past and his response was "I don't care, I'm not doing it." I went to Tyngsboro and it was a non issue.

  Unacceptable service on April 30th. I arrived at 5:29 PM with the doors still open. The attendant refused to help me with a money order, practically laughing as he said they were closing in one minute. I had my ID and all personal information ready to go, but he simply turned me away with a smirk on his face. If you are inside the doors before they close, you should be served. This level of disrespect and mockery is something I’ve never seen at a post office before.

  I walked through the door at 5:29pm, when their hours are till 5:30. The rude man behind the counter said that it was five thirty and there were already two other people in line. I told him I walked through the door before the posted closing time and he said that he had other work to do after he finished with the people in line. Honestly, that's not my problem. If your hours are posted until 5:30pm, you need to service customers that are in the door before 5:30. I asked very nicely if he could.Please just take my package that was already pre-addressed and everything, and he rudely said no. You need to get people there with better customer service. I have never been treated so poorly at any post office in my entire life!!!

  I’m very new to doing almost daily deliveries through USPS. I have to say that the front desk assistants have been very kind, helpful, and VERY patient with me. I usually have 5+ packages to be sent out and the first couple of trips were difficult for me. I can’t remember his name but the man at the desk was so friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed or stupid. My multiple packages have also been shipped out the day of or the day after drop off which I appreciate so much for my customers! I will continue to do business with this Nashua location!

  I had a great experience here. I came in with a wrapped pice of knitting that I had no idea how to mail. The clerk was very patient and helpful, gave me options and took care of everything. When the address came up wrong on the computer, he noticed and got it fixed. I'm very happy with this PO.
