Don’t want to be mean but honestly. Mailed a letter overnight. It got there 5 days late. It is noted on receipt money back guarantee. This tough guy comes bolstering out from the back as the guy at the counter had to get the bouncer( I guess!) Bruiser pulls me aside, in the middle of the post office, and proceeds to tell me it’s not their fault and I should have used a different service if I wanted overnight. Pointing to their own signage and the date/ information on receipt, this Neanderthal says no refund can be done. Full refund online instantly when I got home. 168 negative reviews for a single employee- it’s laughable!!

I needed help with a shipping box and called to ask a couple questions. The man who answered refused to help me, even though I had all the dimensions prepared. He told me my only option was to bring it in store. After driving 25 minutes, he looked at me waiting I line and yelled over "I dont have a box that big!!" I drove all that way for nothing and with zero help. He didn't even attempt to assist me.
