- FPFlorentine PanzerAug 14, 20265.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding customer service and exceptional personal assistance I had an unusually complicated situation with two international packages that had been affected by an incorrect city on the shipping labels. One package had already been delivered to the wrong location, while the second one was at risk of being misdelivered as well. After my initial contact with USPS, Matthew McManus, Supervisor Customer Services in Nashua, NH, personally took over my service request and went far beyond what I expected. He contacted the Manchester Post Office, followed up with them regarding the first package, and made sure the second package would not be delivered to the wrong location. Thanks to his personal attention and the coordination between the Nashua and Manchester Post Offices, both packages ultimately arrived at the correct address in Nashua. As someone dealing with this situation from Germany, I was extremely worried and felt completely helpless at first. Matthew was professional, responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. His willingness to personally follow up made an enormous difference. I am incredibly grateful for his help and for the effort of everyone involved at USPS. This experience completely changed what could have been a very frustrating situation into one with a genuinely happy ending. Thank you, Matthew McManus, and thank you USPS, for going the extra mile! 🙏📦❤️
