No contact or offer to make it right. Will not be using this store again. Edit- I have sent now 4 emails and received no responses to email store0509@theupsstore.com Not sure why someone can respond to this but not the email listed on their website
- MBMary BurneSep 4, 20264.0Everytime i 've been there they gave been courteous, kind, and helpful with all my packaging@ questions. Sometimes it gets very busy, but the staff doesn't get grumpy or rattled! The parking is alittle tight sometimes but its really just for a few seconds i think because people are coming and going, not shopping @ lingering.
- LMLiv MarinelliAug 28, 20261.0I ordered a package on amazon and it was to be signed and the delivery said 10-4 I woke up early because it had to be signed and went outside to see if my package was there and there was a note on the door of a waiver saying I missed him, there was no knock nor a doorbell ring. I then called the UPS service company more than once inquiring about picking up my package and they told me that I could not do that and I had asked why and they responded saying the package will stay in the truck and it will stay there till next delivery. I am very upset and frustrated with this situation and I don’t understand why I cannot come by and pick the package up today instead of waiting more than I was supposed too.
