Worst print and marketing service. The executive was extremely rude, had no knowledge about the prices and made me wait 30 minutes before suggesting me to get it done online. Extremely disappointed

Ordered a wifi router from this store on 6/1/26. Picked up the same day. Without opening it, I realized it wasn't going to work form my application (1 Gb WAN on a 2 Gb fiber link). Returned the next day absolutely intact, unopened, and with the receipt that was taped to the box when I picked it up. IN VIOLATION OF THEIR OWN POLICY - THEY WOULD NOT REFUND - "Staples Cash". So they've got $200 of my money until I can find things I need to buy there. AVOID THIS STORE. 6/14/26: Update. Decided I would just gift the staples cash card from this fiasco to a teacher in the family. But decided I had better make sure I wasn't handed a dead card. Went to a competently run location and asked if there was money on the card. Fortunately? There was money there. Unfortunately? THEY ONLY FOUND $169.99 of the original $199.99 purchase. So while the DW Highway location was creating inconvenience in the manner of a refund? They also took the opportunity to help themselves to $30.00 of what I should have been refunded. Now, I know about restock fees. But this was a product that was IN THAT STORE. It was returned in less than 24 hours, absolutely pristine, unopened, with the original shrink wrap untouched. Turns out, a bad retailer can screw up multiple things in a single transaction. AVOID THIS STORE.

The associate Cindy did not greet me, helped customers that arrived after me first, and did not even acknowledge me standing at the counter until I asked if I was standing in the right line. If you're going to help customers out of order because of policy you should probably inform the customer so that they know why you're ignoring them.

I went the to recycle batteries. I recycled batteries at staples multiple times. This time they charged me for recycling batteries as they mentioned this is their new policy. This is ridiculous and very discouraging for people who take the recycling seriously. Staple should find a better revenue source rather than charging people who recycle.
