More than once I’ve waited at the desk and although employees are there, they do not acknowledge you and you end up having to say something to them. Today I walked in and an older man said he had been waiting at least 5 minutes and the employees there did not acknowledge him. We both ended up walking out and took our returns elsewhere. Why offer this service if you find your customers an inconvenience?

I went in and they said they aren’t allowed to put things on the side for customers. If that’s the policy so be it, but I drove after being told it was set aside just to be told it wasn’t there. With all the wedding stress and last minute things we have to do, he made this so stress free. Being caring and thoughtful goes such a long way, so thank you Ritchie!
- SRSelena RoseSep 16, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at the Staples in Nashua. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but she was a blonde woman with long, straight hair. Every time I asked for assistance, I felt like I was inconveniencing her rather than being helped as a customer. Her attitude came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, which made the entire experience uncomfortable. Customer service is a major part of the job, and I really think additional training in how to communicate with and assist customers would be beneficial. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.
