With the exception of one older woman who just seems to be grumpy as a default, everyone's always real nice when you go in, and they move pretty quick even when there's a line and only one or two people behind the desk. We've never had issues getting our mail (some of the issues we've had with our previous local post offices and mail/package deliveries was so unbelievable...) so it's a nice change to not have constant issues!

Tried calling this morning and the menus make it nearly impossible to get a hold of a real human. Finally I just said operator, and was told it would be 14-20 minute wait... Been on hold over 40 minutes now and still not able to find out what is going on... Update: 1 hour : 13 minutes I had to hang up because at this point this is insane. Horrible service...
