  Lately I have had very bad luck when coming to this UPS location. I used to come to this store specifically because the customer service was far better than the other local stores which made it a much easier experience when dropping off my packages and returns. Specifically, the two taller women that work there with brown hair (possibly mother and daughter?) have always been extremely pleasant to deal with and made my store experience very quick and easy! Lately though, I have had some of the worst times at this location due to customer service issues. There is a newer employee there that wears a nametag that says “Lisa” who has been especially difficult. When I am in the store, she is commonly using her cell phone and ignoring customers. It feels like she would rather do anything other than help customers and provide any sense of customer service. The interactions I have had with her have been awful as well. She has been rude to me on multiple occasions and has coughed nearly in my face, claiming that is “Smoker’s cough”. It is unfortunate to experience these events at a location that I have previously felt so fond of. As sad as it is to say, I would rather pay higher prices at my local post office than deal with the hassle of rude and slow service.

  First of all I never really leave Google reviews but felt compelled in this case. I went into the store to get a quote on a pack and ship and the original quote was fairly acceptable so I said yes. Then all of a sudden the dimensions of the box changed magically and it went up by almost $50. Principle is everything to me so I have no issues calling out deceptive business practices. It could also be just the associate not knowing what the heck they were doing as well, but I mean, what's the difference really? I was in a bind and needed to get the package out so I bit the bullet but I would highly recommend you choose another shipper or UPS store. Lack of training and deceptive practices are unacceptable in a business such as this. The associate was also rather rude.
