  First of all I never really leave Google reviews but felt compelled in this case. I went into the store to get a quote on a pack and ship and the original quote was fairly acceptable so I said yes. Then all of a sudden the dimensions of the box changed magically and it went up by almost $50. Principle is everything to me so I have no issues calling out deceptive business practices. It could also be just the associate not knowing what the heck they were doing as well, but I mean, what's the difference really? I was in a bind and needed to get the package out so I bit the bullet but I would highly recommend you choose another shipper or UPS store. Lack of training and deceptive practices are unacceptable in a business such as this. The associate was also rather rude.

  Shya, the manager, is great! She is super helpful, knowledgeable, and made my visit quick and easy. Will be coming back soon.

  I had a very easy experience dropping off my packages at this location! The store had a very clean and welcoming environment which was refreshing to say the least!

  I use this store a lot, staff is always friendly and attentive. Will recommend this store to anyone!
