I went into the store to get a quote on a pack and ship and the original quote was fairly acceptable so I said yes. Then all of a sudden the dimensions of the box changed magically and it went up by almost $50. Principle is everything to me so I have no issues calling out deceptive business practices. It could also be just the associate not knowing what the heck they were doing as well, but I mean, what's the difference really? I was in a bind and needed to get the package out so I bit the bullet but I would highly recommend you choose another shipper or UPS store. Lack of training and deceptive practices are unacceptable in a business such as this. The associate was also rather rude.
